Does your order not quite meet your expectations? What a pity!
At Babiem, you can easily return your purchase within 30 days.

Whatever the reason, you have the right to return your order up to 30 days after receipt. The shipping costs are at your own expense and amount to €6.95. Of course, it is also possible to return a partial order. For this, please see the return policy.

If you wish to return an order, the product must be returned to Babiem with all supplied accessories and in its original condition, including tags, stickers, and other accessories in the original packaging.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we cannot accept these products for return. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is well packed when returning.

1. You can submit a return request via the following link: https://babiem.stockitup.nl/retourportaal
2. Preferably, return your order in the original shipping box. Of course, including tags, in the original packaging, and unworn/unopened.
3. Take your return to a DHL service point. Tip: make sure to keep the shipping receipt until you receive confirmation from us that we have received your return.
4. If your return is received in good condition (meaning: in original state/unworn including packaging and intact tags), we will refund the return amount within 14 (business) days to the same account number used to place the order.

Sure! When requesting a return, you can indicate which products from your order you want to return. When partially returning your order, the return costs are for the consumer.

In case of return, you will receive the purchase amount of the returned product within 14 working days after we have received the return in good condition. The refund will be made via the same payment method and to the same account with which payment was made.

We ask you to return orders separately (in their own packaging), even if you send them back at the same time. Each order number must be registered separately in the return portal. No worries, that can happen! Please contact us as soon as possible via info@babiem.com or call us at +31 (0) 487 745 375. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually still change the address. Is the package already on its way? Unfortunately, then we can no longer stop it.

Unfortunately, it can happen that your order arrives damaged. As a customer, there is of course nothing you can do about this. Please send an email to info@babiem.com including your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will contact you as soon as possible so that we can find a suitable solution together.
