Delivery time

We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Orders placed on working days (Monday to Friday) before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day*. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped on Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will be shipped the next working day. If for whatever reason we have delivered the order to PostNL later, we will of course inform you of this as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the parcel delivery service of PostNL. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the moment of delivery, this depends on PostNL.

Shipping costs

The prices listed in the webshop are exclusive of shipping costs. The shipping costs are:

In the Netherlands

  • Parcel to a DHL service point: €5.45.
  • Parcel to a home address: €6.45.

The above prices apply to packages up to 20 kg. If the package is heavier, other rates may apply. The costs that you see at checkout are leading.

To Germany

  • Parcel: Depending on the weight of the parcel, shipping costs to Germany are between €6.25 and €8.25 for orders under €75.00.
  • Free shipping on orders over €75.00.

In Belgium

  • Parcel: Depending on the weight of the parcel, shipping costs to Germany are between €6.25 and €8.25 for orders under €75.00.
  • Free shipping on orders over €75.00.
