Returns

Of course we hope you're happy with your order, but should you change your mind: that happens.

At Babiem, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. This applies to all orders. Report your return within this period via this link. Once we have received the product back in good condition, you will be refunded the purchase price.

This period starts on the day you receive your order. Is your order delivered in several parts? Then the return period only starts after receipt of the last part.

Please note: notify your return within these 14 days. After that, you still have 14 days to actually return the product. If your return request is made after 14 days or if you were unable to send it within the specified time, we will unfortunately not be able to process it. Simply register a return via this link.



Conditions for returns

• The product is unused, complete and - if possible - in its original packaging.

• The product may be viewed and tested as you would in a physical shop.
• If the product has been used more or damaged, we may apply a depreciation to the refund.

We cannot take back products that have been damaged during assembly or assembly.

Personalised or customised products are excluded from return.
